Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing communication strategies across various channels, including digital and print, to promote our Montessori Academy campuses and drive business growth.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for newsletters, press releases, blogs, and print materials that align with our brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience and drive conversions.
  • Marketing Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and communications activities to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts and leverage content for maximum impact.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses related to campaigns, events, advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including expos, conferences, webinars, and corporate functions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Fun and energetic with excellent communication skills, creative mindset, high level attention to detail, proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems, highly organised with excellent project management skills, experience in survey design, data collection, and analysis.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design or Business, familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
