About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at Investa Property Group. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and contributing to the overall success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Create and edit marketing content, coordinating with creatives to align with our brand's voice.
  • Support the planning and execution of various marketing events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining marketing databases.
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, invoicing, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinate corporate photoshoots as required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar Marketing role desirable.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and an organized work approach.
  • Ability to multi-task and effective time management, results-driven, proactive, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a positive, can-do attitude.
