We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to support a reputable property development firm located in the Hills. This position offers a unique schedule, allowing for work during school hours across five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to various development projects, including advertising, events, digital outreach, and social media management.
  • Oversee website enhancement and optimization efforts.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, signage, and display suites.
  • Support the organization and execution of events, including launches, open houses, and property showcases.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases.
  • Compile contact lists and project-related information.
  • Ensure accuracy in all marketing materials and rectify any discrepancies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Publisher.
  • Possesses a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the building, construction, or property development sectors is preferred.
  • Holds a degree in Marketing or equivalent accredited qualifications.
  • Exhibits strong multitasking abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work on-site five days a week during school hours.
