Job Description
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Solutions Lead to join our Canberra-based team.

This strategic role is pivotal to our growth, focusing on driving pre-sales success and fostering a world-class team of technology experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership: Act as the senior technical authority in pre-sales engagements, collaborating with sales and account teams to design compelling and commercially viable solutions for clients.
  • People & Practice Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of practice leads and technical consultants.
  • National Alignment & Collaboration: Work closely with National Practice Leads to ensure national strategy, standards, and methodologies are successfully implemented within the Canberra team.
  • Capability Development: Define the strategic direction for your practice areas locally.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive the growth of your practices by contributing to the go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and technology partners.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about technology, people, and solving complex client challenges.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for an SI or technology services company supporting government clients.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong track record of success in pre-sales or solution architecture capacity.
  • Broad technical credibility across at least two areas: Digital Applications, QA & Testing, or Data & AI.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
