Lead Digital Engineering Transformation

As a key leader in our digital engineering team, you will focus on growing and solving business and technology challenges. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives in the defence and national security sector, leveraging cutting-edge digital engineering solutions to enhance national security capabilities.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital engineering strategies for defence and national security clients, ensuring alignment with our broader goals and objectives for Defence & National Security.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead teams, build organisational capabilities, and manage large-scale projects in a consulting environment.
  • Clinical Expertise: Deep understanding of digital engineering principles, cloud architectures, and technologies relevant to defence and national security.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 15 years' experience in technology strategy, architecture, with a strong focus on defence and national security; experience in cloud technologies is essential.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, building organisational capabilities, sales, and managing large-scale projects in a consulting environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital engineering principles, cloud architectures, and technologies relevant to defence and national security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Must hold a Top Secret Positive vetted security clearance as required by market sector, ideally with OSA.
