  • Engaging experts across the group as needed
  • Understanding all communications channels
  • Participating in new business pitches as required
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Delivering reliable basics: Contact Reports, WIP, budgets, agendas, updates and filing
  • Managing day-to-day financials for client projects
  • Estimating projects accurately and delivering within budget
  • Owning the JCR process with accuracy and timeliness
  • Weekly management of head hours to ensure profitability
  • Completing timesheets accurately and on time
  • Acting as quality controller for all work
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Ensuring campaigns comply with legal requirements
