About Our Timepiece Support Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Timepiece Support Specialist. As a key member of our boutique, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostics, performing quick service interventions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial light diagnostics to determine corrective interventions and gather pre-approval for servicing.
  • Perform quick warranty interventions, including battery exchanges, rate adjustments, and repair on bracelets.
  • Ultrasonic cleaning of bracelets and ensure compliance with technical documentation.
  • Support the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver impeccable customer service.
  • Develop strong client relationships and maintain accurate client records within the boutique.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical aptitude with attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience in the field of watchmaking or consumer electronics manufacturing/service.
  • Dexterity and excellent organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Project a professional and competent image, with good computer literacy skills.
  • Achieve and maintain qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
