Chanel has an exciting opportunity for a creative Timepieces and Fine Jewelry Specialist to join our Bondi Fashion Boutique.

YOUR PURPOSE
The Timepieces and Fine Jewelry Specialist serves as an ambassador in conveying the unique positioning of CHANEL watches "the Allure of time" to drive Watch and Fine Jewelry performance in the boutique, inspiring and engaging all fashion advisors to promote watches and fine jewelry as part of the CHANEL silhouette.

What Will You Do

  • Contribute qualitatively & quantitatively to TFJ performance in the fashion boutique including high end or complicated products sales, and client recruitment, conversion and upgrade, and percentage of WFJ sales in the boutique and percentage of fashion advisors selling TFJ
  • Serve as the technical expert, a go-to person, for TFJ presentation as a part of various in-boutique & external fashion events
  • Knowledge sharing, coaching & influencing the team as the reference of watchmaking and fine jewelry in the boutique
  • Take lead on TFJ related boutique operations including stock optimization, after-sales, category reporting and customer satisfaction.
  • Portray a professional and sophisticated image of personal grooming and etiquette in accordance with the Chanel Standards at all times.

What Are We Looking For

  • Passion for luxury watches & fine jewelry, fashion and an excellent client experience.
  • Product knowledge & TFJ expertise with the ability to offer expert advice on WFJ products including complications and high-end pieces.
  • Ability to establish relationship with clients and to personalize client journey
  • Good understanding of basic CEM activity and strong administration skills.
