At our esteemed boutique, we are recruiting a Customer Service Associate to serve as the primary customer contact for all after-sales services and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Presentation of services in a professional manner
- Providing first-level technical assistance to clients
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Technical Requirements:- Conduct detailed diagnostics of timepieces to determine corrective interventions
- Conduct quality control checks for watches returned from the service centre
- Interact with clients to ascertain their service needs and propose necessary corrective interventions
Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to perform administrative tasks, engage proactive customer follow-up procedures, conduct weekly stock takes, and resolve client queries and provide solutions.
