We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, creating knowledge base articles and exploring new technologies regularly.

This role involves troubleshooting different issues that arise with customers' environments, collaborating with all support teams to enhance expertise and acquire new skills, resolving technical issues for customers using the ticketing system and occasionally in meetings, learning new technologies to help with support and personal career growth, and writing knowledge base articles.

Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Linux console skills, including reading logs, navigating through directories, copy/pasting folders/files etc.
  • Docker or other containerization technology experience.
  • Base API knowledge.
Preferred Skills And Experience
  • Experience with OOP languages such as Java, Python, C# or similar.
  • Kubernetes expertise.
  • Cloud technologies experience, specifically GCP, AWS, Azure.
