
Technical Support Specialist

As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our enterprise customers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate the delivery of managed services and technical support for Cloud and Datacentre technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managed Services Delivery: Facilitate the delivery of managed services and technical support for Cloud and Datacentre technologies in accordance with contracted service level agreements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assist with incident and change management, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, diagnose, and solve performance issues that are or have the potential to be service impacting.
- Security Management: Own the administration and management of user access domains and groups, identification, and remediation of vulnerabilities within defined SLAs.
- Experience with VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco computing platforms will be highly considered.
- Certifications from major vendors for systems like VMWare, Microsoft, and Cisco will be well regarded.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
