You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers and stakeholders via phone, email, and remote access
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical support interactions
Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical support and resolving complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in managing and supporting virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V and VmWare (Vsphere)
  • Experience in managing Microsoft environments, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and proficiency in SCCM
  • Knowledge of Active Directory management, Group Policy administration, and PowerShell
  • Working knowledge of backup technologies, including Veeam
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and routing
