Human Resources Advisor

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team in SA/NT. As a key member of our People and Performance team, you'll play a vital role in enabling leaders to develop their people and supporting our culture journey across the sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People and Performance Manager in dealing with people-related matters such as grievances, disciplinary and performance issues.
- Interpretation, application and provision of advice around various Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
- Develop productive and collaborative relationships with leaders across all sites.
- Work in conjunction with the L&D team to support the delivery of learning and development programs across the sites to build capability across the leadership teams.
- Champion Inghams' culture journey across the sites and support leaders and our people to drive a constructive culture.
- Understand and identify gaps and opportunities in areas such as talent management, leadership development, performance management, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing and work with the broader P&P team to support people initiatives in these areas.
- Report on people metrics as required.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to HR transactions and processes.
- Contribute positively to the team environment, fostering open communication and actively seeking feedback.
Key Requirements
- Previous HR experience within a blue collar, operational environment would be ideal.
- Strong ability to build relationships, develop trust and influence a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience providing an advisory and support service on people-related matters.
- Excellent communication skills, with high level interpersonal and relationship management skills and strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Highly effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with remote stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR are preferred.
- Previous exposure to Enterprise Agreements and Awards along with the ability to interpret and apply workplace relations legislation and frameworks is desired.
