About the Role:

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

  • Owning the onboarding experience for new joiners
  • Contribute to all employee lifecycle activities
  • Assisting with performance and compensation reviews during the year-end process
  • Maintaining associate files and records in line with business and legislative requirements
  • Maintaining employment records
  • Support recruitment activity as and when required

About the Organisation:

You will join a team of passionate problem solvers as a HR Advisor within a highly regarded Professional Services organisation on a growth trajectory. They have a global presence and this role is based in their Sydney CBD office and will support a high performing HR team.

You will receive direct mentorship from a fantastic HR leader & team of HR Business Partners. As a HR Advisor you will gain exposure across the employee lifecycle, including activities related to recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other HR projects and initiatives as required.
