About the Role

The Human Resources Advisor will work closely with the Senior Human Resource Business partner (HRBP) to drive strategic, local business and human resource priorities. This includes talent management, employee engagement, training and development, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the internal Talent Acquisition team to work on recruitment, from interviewing to facilitating onboarding for different teams.
  • Serve as a business partner to certain business groups and work closely with managers and employees in a variety of work in multiple functional areas of Human resources.
  • Assist and where possible lead a range of value-add services, projects and business improvement initiatives under our People Strategy.
  • Coordinate training and development, working to implement processes to drive excellence and coordinate the logistics of local training calendars and training events.
  • Contribute to the continuous review, improvement and implementation of HR procedures, forms and processes.
  • Handle general HR queries from across the teams on recruitment, training, leave, etc.
