Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Seafreight Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of customer cargo by working closely with clients and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the Freight Forwarding industry and possess excellent communication and time management skills. They will also have the ability to create great relationships and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Cartage operators with day-to-day tasks.
  • Register and monitor jobs and pre-alerts.
  • Liaise with brokers and customers on trans-shipment details and cargo arrival.
  • Collect and verify customs clearance documents.
  • Submit invoices for disbursement charges and shipment invoices to customers.
  • Process airline, consolidator, and shipping lines invoices into our accounting system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous operational experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to create great relationships.
  • Experience with Cargowise considered advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
