Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations.

As an Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing operational activities in line with government requirements. You will be responsible for managing communication and coordination on work activities to deliver service performance and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset and knowledge of warehousing operations. They will be able to plan, direct, and implement warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cargo and Shipment Handling:
  • Plan, direct, and implement cargo and shipment handling procedures.
  • Ensure that all shipments are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
Unit Load Device Unloading/Loading:
  • Plan, direct, and implement unit load device unloading/loading procedures.
  • Ensure that all unit load devices are handled and stored safely and securely.
Operational Tasks:
  • Execute operational tasks in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) to adhere to safety procedures and minimize property and safety loss.
Communication and Coordination:
  • Manage communication and coordination on work activities to deliver service performance and quality.
  • Act as a focal point to support and resolve operational disputes over arrivals and damages.
