Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our workforce coordination efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day engagement between our candidates and clients, ensuring a high-performing working environment that focuses on growth, customer satisfaction, and delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage workforce planning and rostering of employees through monitoring attrition, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Maximize all activities, including managing the end-to-end employee life cycle from onboarding to performance management and terminations.
  • Address issues or escalation with employees regarding IR, payroll, WHS, and Injury Management.
  • Provide accurate reporting and present relevant information to management and other stakeholders.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience as a Workforce Coordinator or similar.
  • Previous people management experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in warehouse and distribution or similar industries is beneficial.
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures is required.
  • The ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
