Job Title:

After School Hours Care Coordinator



About the Role:
  • Lead Your Own Program: As an OSHC Coordinator, you'll be responsible for leading your own program, providing trusted before and after school care that supports local families.
  • Design Engaging Activities: You'll design and deliver engaging activities for children aged 5-12 years old.
  • Mentor and Support Team Members: You'll mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
  • Oversee Compliance and Admin Tasks: You'll oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your program running smoothly.


Responsibilities Include:
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Leading a team of educators and supporting staff development


Requirements:
  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates, and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months
