Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at our 30 place childcare centre.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education, guided by the Early Years Framework & National Quality Standards, and ensuring the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated educators to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for children.
  • Designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum activities that foster the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Mentoring and guiding staff members, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Establishing and maintaining open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and collaboration in each child's developmental journey.
  • Promptly following up leads and enquiries for enrolments, aiming to maintain centre full occupancy at all times.
  • Ensuring the centre adheres to all licensing regulations and maintains a safe and healthy environment for the children.
