
Senior Customer Experience Lead

As a dedicated team leader, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and leading a small team of dedicated representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a small team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and finance, to resolve customer-related issues and ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the building supplies, trades or construction industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a small team, achieving targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
