Our organization seeks a skilled Digital Manager to drive online growth through strategic planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Digital Management Position

This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, attracting qualified website traffic, and maximizing revenue from digital marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • We require the successful candidate to develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies for Google Ads, SEO, social media, affiliates, and remarketing campaigns.
  • The Digital Manager will collaborate with our Marketing and eComm teams to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring effective channel management and data analysis.
  • The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives for both online and physical retail stores, promoting sales and customer engagement.
  • Responsibilities also include managing SEO projects, collaborating with external agencies, and optimizing marketing channel data feeds within our Product Information Management system.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for driving conversion rate optimization (CRO) and developing online merchandising strategies to improve customer experience and boost sales.
  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be analyzed to measure campaign success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future business decisions.
  • Finally, the Digital Manager will oversee budget allocation and mentor a team of specialists to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality results.
About You:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing within a retail environment is required.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social, and display advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution models, are essential for this position.
  • Passion for consumer behavior, brand engagement, and delivering tangible results is crucial for driving business success.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are necessary for effective collaboration and meeting project deadlines.
