Critical Data Center Operations Manager

The critical data center leadership role is a high-growth opportunity in the booming hyperscale data center sector.
About this Role:- This position involves providing exceptional customer service and comprehensive maintenance services to clients and contracts.
- To be successful, the lead engineer/ops supervisor must understand procedures, processes, and operate them to required standards.
- This role drives high-quality commercial performance through understanding contractual commitments.
- Develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits for customers and companies.
- A 7-star mindset is essential, focusing on delivering a world-class client experience with every interaction.
- Provide engineering support in maintaining operational assets.
- Ensure all engineering operational activities within buildings are controlled and carried out with due regard to health and safety, business risk, and uptime criteria.
- Maintain technical operations compliance at all times.
- Responsible for excellent response to asset performance, completion of assigned work, and addressing abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues proficiently.
- Deliver effective business communication through advice, review, leadership, and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, reporting, and publications.
- Implement efficient systems for planning work ahead, managing work daily, communicating issues to stakeholders, and measuring performance.
- Effectively lead management-related activities, including regular management meetings, development of operational procedures, fostering good relationships, and providing high-standard services.
- QHSE: responsible for administrative tasks related to quality, health, safety, and environment.
- Coordinate sub-contractor files, ensuring they meet statutory QHSE requirements.
- Manage work management system and report hazards and customer feedback on the QHSE Management Portal.
- Managerial experience at facility manager or contract manager within a critical environment.
- Familiarity with safety code-related requirements and prior experience with Health & Safety Risk Assessments and Control Measures.
- Prior experience of managing large-scale outsourced contracts and operations management.
- Prior exposure to maintenance scheduling and subcontractor management and supervision.
