The role of Data Center Engineering Operations Trainee is designed for those with little to no experience, but a strong drive to learn and grow. You will be responsible for managing critical infrastructure, risk mitigation, vendor management, and metric reporting within an Amazon Data Center. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in data center engineering operations.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess technical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaboration with diverse teams, including software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers, is also essential. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will enable you to make a significant contribution to our team's success.

Responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining performance benchmarks, conducting analyses, and preparing reports on all aspects of critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Generating Change Management requests and Incident Management tickets for DCEO as directed.
- Learning and contributing to documentation relevant to business and facility operations.
