We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Deals Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with significant business development experience, ideally in technology.

The successful candidate will identify, shape, and close complex direct deals with international public sector customers. They will manage internal stakeholders and multiple opportunities simultaneously, removing blockers as needed.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver successful tender responses. The individual will design new solutions to solve complex customer requirements, write documents to support decision-making, and remove blockers to facilitate success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of existing products, solutions, and future roadmaps. They will work effectively across internal and external organizations, communicating verbally and in writing to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant business development experience, ideally in technology
  • Ability to identify, shape, and close complex direct deals
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with capture and proposals processes
