We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence, assessing strategic and financial benefits, and providing recommendations to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking detailed financial analysis and valuation work
  • Drafting presentations and papers for senior stakeholders
  • Managing specific workstreams within M&A transactions
  • Liaising with Business Unit and support function partners

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in M&A, corporate development, or equivalent deal making and executing experience
  • Depth of experience managing deals and activities from conception until execution
  • Well-developed ability to assess and manage competing priorities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
