Promotions Coordinator

Key responsibilities for this role include ensuring accuracy and consistency of pricing data, delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining deal integrity.

This position plays a pivotal part in the Liquor Promotions and Deals team by:

  • Affirming the correctness of deal and promotion information within set deadlines.
  • Continuously reviewing data for precision and proactively resolving discrepancies in pricing.
  • Serving as a central point of contact for inquiries related to promotions and pricing from suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Cultivating effective working relationships with the Buying and Category Management teams.
  • Providing outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all requests.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, strong data entry and time management skills, intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
