About the Role:

The Sales Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing assigned deals throughout the build phase, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage assigned deals throughout the build phase, including accurate forecasting and delivery dates.
  • Evaluate and improve processes within the New Machine Delivery department.
  • Ensure correct and efficient invoicing following machine delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain company safety procedures and safe working practices.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Customer Service or Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high attention to detail.
