The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to drive growth in the Service Provider market. As a key member of our Channel Sales team, you will be responsible for achieving revenue and pipeline goals, building strong partnerships with Service Providers, and shaping the future of the industry.

Your Role
  1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve short- and long-term revenue and pipeline goals for our Service Provider market.
  2. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals with Service Providers.
  3. Grow and manage a team of sales professionals focused on Service Providers as a business.
  4. Evaluate and optimize our strategic coverage model for the APAC Service Provider business, ensuring maximum productivity and ROI for Nutanix.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Provider partners, understanding their growth strategies and acting as their champion within Nutanix.
  6. Collaborate with Nutanix Account Managers to promote tenant services offered by our Service Provider partners.
  7. Partner with field teams to create and track pipeline and close deals with Service Provider tenants.
  8. Develop and execute business plans covering relationship building, joint solution development, marketing, enablement, and more.
  9. Work with our HQ Service Provider organization to create and/or evolve commercial constructs, product features, and business governance for our Service Provider partners.
  10. Collaborate with various stakeholders within Nutanix and Service Provider organizations to execute our business plan and evolve it as needed.
  11. Define and track business metrics and conduct regular business reviews and executive briefings with Nutanix and Service Provider partners.
  12. Enable partner stakeholders by educating them on Nutanix's value proposition and use cases.
What You Will Bring
  1. 10+ years of experience leading sales teams focused on Service Providers, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Hands-on leadership with strong business acumen and a well-organized approach.
  3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of an organization.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire others to act without using explicit authority.
  5. Knowledgeable about infrastructure and cloud solutions, IT services management, end-user computing, databases, and more.
  6. A strategic thinker and problem solver, with the ability to plan and play out different scenarios to maximize growth.
  7. A hands-on and can-do attitude, with a strong commitment to driving success.
  8. A high level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
