
Guest Experience Specialist

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at our hotel.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest's stay, including registration, check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, including details of billing/credit information, VIP requests, room rates and guest preferences.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally, striving to meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate luggage transfer, storage and handling services, as well as respond to guest requests for assistance and information.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail when managing guest information and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Adhering to established policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivation and excellent organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
