Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at our hotel.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest's stay, including registration, check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, including details of billing/credit information, VIP requests, room rates and guest preferences.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally, striving to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Coordinate luggage transfer, storage and handling services, as well as respond to guest requests for assistance and information.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  2. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail when managing guest information and transactions.
  3. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Adhering to established policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivation and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
