- Switchboard Operations: Handle incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Customer Assistance: Respond to guest requests for assistance and information, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and service.
- Luggage Handling: Ensure seamless transfer, storage, and handling of guest luggage and property.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Well-developed analytical skills to resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated and well-organized to succeed in this role.
- Hotel Experience: Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential; attitude and experience are paramount.
- Roster Availability: Available to work a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
