This is a unique job opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization in Parramatta.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for a full suite of payroll activities including end-to-end payroll processing, calculating and reporting workers compensation liabilities, reconciling Long Service Leave accruals and payments, handling special reconciliations, administering salary increases and back payments, investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies, and maintaining professional communications with internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll in a large, complex environment
  • Proficiency with major ERP systems, such as Micropay, SAP, ADP, and Time & Attendance platforms
  • A proactive and can-do attitude, driven to make a tangible impact
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills
  • Resilience and eagerness to tackle challenges with initiative and determination
