The Organisation
Our client, an industry-leading organisation in Australia & Globally, is looking for an experienced Payroll Professional to assist with their current system implementation.
It is a busy environment with multiple payrolls and many complex awards/internal EBA's.
They seek a strong Payroll professional experienced in projects, passionate about continuous improvement and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading payroll projects and managing stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of end-to-end payroll improvement projects, from concept to implementation.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
Track project progress, create status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Partner with system administrators and vendors to resolve issues.
Optimize Performance - About You
The successful applicant will have proven payroll project management experience in complex environments:
Strong knowledge of EBAs, awards, and payroll legislation.
Experience with a prior implementation project.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Background in high-volume environments.
Hands-on payroll processing experience with large payroll sizes.
