About the Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to combine ongoing operational activities with project-based work. Reporting to the Group HR Services Manager, you will have the chance to further your career in HR learning systems and reporting.

  • Supporting scheduled HR learning management system processes and ad-hoc requests, including compilation and analysis of data.
  • Providing HR system support and maintenance.
  • Supporting the wider learning teams in the management and updating of courses as required and supporting system users.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of the role-based learning ladder business rules.
  • Supporting the HR Services Administration team.
  • Involvement and support across various HR and technology-related projects, including undertaking configuration, user acceptance testing, key user training, and rollout activities.
About You

Experience in learning management and/or HR systems is highly desirable but not essential. Demonstrated experience in providing system administration support, understanding of HR and learning processes with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
