We're looking for a highly skilled Employee Experience Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
The Employee Experience Specialist provides strategic support to our HR team across each market, delivering exceptional employment experiences to all employees.
This role is responsible for all HR systems and processes to support the quality delivery of HR programs, projects, and initiatives.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Be the first point of contact for HR enquiries
- Support the HR team and Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment efforts
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes globally
- Manage administration of HR systems
- Prepare employment agreements and documentation relating to employee matters
- Provide support for development and education sessions
- Coordinate annual staff engagement surveys
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in HR and administration
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a local team and a larger global team
- Flexibility to attend calls outside normal work hours
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently and calmly
- Proven discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient using Microsoft Office programs
Bonus points for:
- Relevant undergraduate degree; HR, Commerce, Business, Psychology
- Experience working with HRIS system
