HR Support Specialist Opportunity

This role involves providing administrative support to the People and Culture team.

You will be responsible for collecting, maintaining and managing employee data and working closely with the team to ensure it is accurate and valuable.

  • Coordinate processes for recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Administer people-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Update internal systems including the PDP system, organisational chart and helpdesk ticket system.
  • Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders on people queries.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in HR or be studying towards an HR-related qualification.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to delivering excellent service and outcomes for our employees.
