We are seeking a skilled Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, high-performance apparel solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in design, with experience in creating commercially viable product lines that meet the specific needs of diverse clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create fit-for-purpose designs that inspire innovation and excellence.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications to ensure accurate product development.
  • Critically analyze and improve existing products and client ranges for enhanced functionality and performance.
  • Oversee fitting appraisals and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure optimal product fit and quality.
  • Manage adherence to critical path timelines and identify strategies to streamline development processes.
  • Evaluate product viability and performance standards through thorough wearer trials and quality testing.
  • Design cost-effective products that meet FOB price targets by optimizing materials and construction methods.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a designer role.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
  • Openness to receive coaching and self-reflection.
  • Accountability for actions and emotions, and willingness to venture beyond comfort zones.
  • Innovation and calculated risks, inspiring others to think outside the box.

  • Experience in workwear, performance apparel, menswear, jacketing, outerwear or similar.
