Job OverviewAs a key member of our design team, you will lead the development of innovative and high-performance apparel solutions for industrial and emergency service clients.This exciting opportunity is ideal for a skilled designer who can translate trend insights into commercially viable design concepts that align with our brand positioning and customer needs.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement trend analysis and product innovation strategies to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring customer design briefs to life through proactive research, thoughtful design, and technical development.
  • Create high-quality design concepts that meet WWG requirements, ensuring functionality, performance, and market relevance.
  • Conduct critical reviews of existing products and client ranges to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Design and develop product lines that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience in technical apparel, menswear, and industrial workwear or similar would be highly regarded
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage own time and priorities to achieve goals
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing at all levels
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
