Senior Graphic Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative and commercially successful apparel designs.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented graphic designer to bring their expertise to the development of apparel graphics that excite fans and stand out in the market. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing bold, innovative, and commercially on-point graphics for apparel collections across major leagues and brands.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing innovative, trend-driven graphics for apparel collections across major leagues and brands.
  • Translating global trends into locally relevant and commercial products.
  • Preparing accurate artwork specs and ensuring smooth handover to production.
  • Managing league approvals for your designs and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Driving new product opportunities both within your business group and supporting external initiatives that come via the new business pipeline.
  • Bringing a solutions-focused mindset to design challenges and approvals.
  • Spotting new opportunities for product and design innovation that keep us ahead of the market.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in graphic design, preferably with experience in apparel, licensing, or product development.
  • A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach to work, with a passion for contributing to a high-performing team.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
