Pharmacy Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping others.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to take on a senior leadership position within our organization. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care, and driving business growth through effective management and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • To ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, including safe and responsible stock management, shrinkage control, and general housekeeping.
  • To provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and the provision of advice in accordance with good pharmacy practice and within the legal scope of practice as outlined by the relevant authorities.
  • To manage and control all operational activities of the dispensary, including sound financial management, focus on core dispensary and clinic targets, management of expenses, and proactive action as required.
  • To ensure competent and motivated employees, including learners and interns, through effective selection, leadership, management, and ongoing development in order to build capacity and capability to meet current and future business needs.
  • To adequately schedule staff in line with labor policies and models, ensuring each department is fully and appropriately staffed, and weekly time and attendance and employee records are complete and submitted to HR.
Requirements
  • A registered pharmacist with a valid registration certificate from the relevant authority.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience post community service year, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Registration with the relevant authority as the responsible pharmacist.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, good governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
