Pharmacy Leadership Role

This is a leadership position that requires passion for helping others and confidence to lead a team to deliver exceptional patient care and service standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care in order to meet sales and compliance targets.
  • Ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, and the provision of advice in accordance with good pharmacy practice and within the legal scope of practice as outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
  • Manage and control all operational activities of the dispensary, including safe and responsible stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping and administration in line with SAPC regulations and company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience post community service year.
  • Registration with SAPC as the Responsible Pharmacist.

About This Role

This role involves leading and directing a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
