Assistant Director Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team as an experienced and motivated Assistant Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Implement operational excellence across the centre

  • You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your centre team to deliver outstanding results
  • Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team to drive strategic initiatives
  • Forge strong relationships with families and engage with the local community networks

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
  • Working with Children Check and Police Check
  • Substantial experience as a Senior Educator or in a similar role
