As the head of finance for the Australia and New Zealand operations, you will play a critical role in delivering robust financial governance, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving performance through insightful analysis and commercial guidance.
Job Description Reporting directly to the General Manager - Australian & New Zealand and partnering closely with the ANZ leadership team, the Finance Director will lead all financial operations across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities include the following: Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting & Forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the ANZ region Act as a strategic business partner to the country leadership teams, providing commercial insights and challenge Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices Drive operational efficiencies and support growth initiatives across multiple channels and markets Oversee statutory in accordance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory compliance in both Australia and New Zealand Play a key role in regional and global projects, including process improvement and systems upgrades Manage all local treasury and cash-flow requirements The Successful Applicant CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience in a similar Finance Director or Chief Financial Officer position Proven track record in managing finance for complex, multi-entity operations - ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, or FMCGStrong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams Commercially astute with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making Prior experience in SAP implementation or optimisation projects would be highly regarded Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment will be advantageous What's on Offer This is a career-defining opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
