The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Service Expert - Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every turn.

Your primary focus will be on interacting with guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. You'll also be involved in setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience necessary
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods required
Work Environment

As a F&B Service Expert - Hospitality Ambassador, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be on your feet for most of your shift, moving around the restaurant and interacting with guests and colleagues alike.
