  • Providing case management to clients on bail or summons with a range of complex needs.
  • Conducting needs and risk assessments and developing individual support plans.

  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
  • Preparing court reports and providing advice or evidence to the court.
  • Delivering brief interventions and immediate support to court users.
  • Identifying and managing client risks using harm minimisation strategies.
