Our organization is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Supervisor, Court Case Management. In this position, you will play a critical part in ensuring the effective management and supervision of prisoners on parole, clients under post-sentence supervision, and court orders.
Responsibilities:- Leading and managing a team responsible for operational service delivery.
- Implementing best practice case management frameworks, including needs assessment in a human services context.
- Developing and allocating workloads while providing coaching to junior staff members.
- Experience in and knowledge of case management frameworks.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximize individual outcomes.
