Job Summary:

This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the optimal operation of plant equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, supporting and training site maintenance personnel.

The Maintenance Team follows a 2-2-3 shift schedule providing a consistent routine for work-life balance. Shift hours are 5:00PM - 5:30AM.

  • Leads all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for plant operation at our facility.
  • Directs, supports and trains site maintenance technicians.
  • Ensures adherence to industry guidelines including SQF, Food Safety, Plant Safety and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizes work and completes tasks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Works independently or in groups and adds positively to team dynamics.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years experience with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Fluent reading, writing and conversational skills in English.
  • A working knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, email, RedZone and SAP.
