Optimize Plant Performance

The role of the Maintenance Manager is critical in ensuring optimal performance at our production facility.

This includes managing maintenance systems, equipment reliability, and technical skills development. The successful candidate will lead the maintenance team in executing all maintenance activities safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team to execute all maintenance activities safely and efficiently.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel across all shifts.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to build technical and leadership capabilities.
• Create individualized development plans and learning opportunities for team members.
• Facilitate cross-training and succession planning to build a resilient, flexible team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage maintenance costs and optimize equipment reliability.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance initiatives.
• Coordinate major maintenance and capital projects with production and engineering teams.
• Train staff on CMMS, problem-solving, and maintenance best practices.
• Track and report key performance indicators; lead toolbox meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee utilities and wastewater operations to meet production needs.
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.
• Support long-term facility goals through CAPEX planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in a technical field required; Bachelor's in Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years in electromechanical maintenance; 2+ years in people management.
• Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and talent development.
• Experience in food/pharma manufacturing and regulatory compliance.
• CMRP certification is a plus.
