Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Engineering Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned commercialization and capital projects, utilizing your multidisciplinary engineering knowledge.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Analyze and improve existing food processing cells and production lines to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Create detailed engineering diagrams, cost analyses, and project schedules to support project planning and execution.
  • Evaluate and assess opportunities for improving production efficiency, sustainability, and quality from an engineering perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of three years' experience designing and executing on manufacturing equipment/capital projects.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing, resulting in a strong understanding of process, mechanical, facilities, and packaging equipment.
