Process Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to manage commercialization and capital projects at our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with R&D, engineering, maintenance, contractors, and other support teams to design, develop, procure, and implement new technology and/or retrofit existing food processing and production lines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement new technology and/or retrofit existing food processing and production lines.
  • Manage detailed engineering diagrams, engineering cost analysis, planning project schedules, bid proposals, and contractor activity.
  • Review and analyze packaging, processing lines, and utilities within the facility.
  • Collaborate with leadership and plant management to identify opportunities for improving production efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
  • Lead optimization activities related to capacity, process consistency, and cost reduction.
  • Provide engineering expertise in scale-up and development of new products and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineering degree).
  • A minimum of three years' engineering experience designing and executing on manufacturing equipment/capital projects.
  • A minimum of three-year experience in Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or other Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing equipment.
